 Anyone can upload videos from their computer or from other sites like youTube on this page or comment on other people's videos. When you upload a video make sure and select the appropriate channel. If there is not a suitable channel, enter a new channel. Each video is limited to 20 minutes. If you try to upload a video less than 20 minutes long and get an error message, it is because the quality is too high.
